Opening Up for the Maccabeats!
12:00 PM – 3:30 PM, San Diego, CA

On Sunday, May 22nd, the Chabad Hebrew Academy presents the Jewish Children’s Music Festival. This festival will bring together over 1,500 Jewish children from throughout San Diego and beyond to see the world famous Maccabeats perform for the first time in San Diego.

This years headline group is the international sensation – the YU Maccabeats that kids and families can’t stop talking about. With over 4.7 Million views of their Chanukah hit “Candlelight,” the much talked about a cappela cover of Dynamite will be making their first appearance in San Diego on their world tour for this special event. The Maccabeats are on their world tour using only their vocal talent to sing an entire range of instruments and solos of today’s greatest hits in a unique lyrical style. The Jewish Children’s Music Festival will include a wide range of rides, games and activities, including laser tag, stilt walkers, bubbles, balloons, airbrush artists, a batting cage, nature hiking, capture the flag, food vendors, high quality shopping vendors, and a whole lot more. Bring a blanket and get ready to have some fun for the entire family. This Jewish Children’s Music Festival is hosted on the 27 acre Chabad Hebrew Academy campus in Scripps Ranch and is sponsored by a broad range of local Jewish organizations for the greater community. Early bird online ticket holders will be entered into a drawing to sing on stage with the Maccabeats.
